Dear Friend,

I have exciting news to share. I am entering uncharted territory and venturing out of my shell. It is scary and exciting all at the same time. I hope you will come along for the ride.

I will be starting a blog of sorts. Personally, I feel blog posts are too lengthy. Sure, you can find one or two that are worth your time. But let's face it, we all are busy and adding one more 15-minute thing to your day is just too much to ask.

I would like to take you on this journey with me. My close friends know there is no topic I won't talk about. Thus, I encourage you to offer topic suggestions in the comment section. I may not have the answer, and I can bet that at least once we will disagree, but I am willing to lay it out there for you: the good, the bad, the ugly.

I can promise you these things:

- Each post can be read in under 3 minutes.

- Each post will be filled with my honest, real, and heartfelt words.

- I won't crowd your inbox.

- Topics will range from, all things related to kids and marriage, to products I love and recipes you must try.

- Topics I will not comment on: politics and the economy.

I have been a closet writer for years, going back to when I was a teenager writing in my nightly journal. Writing is a creative outlet, a chance to clear my head, and a way to remember those memories long since forgotten.
